The JNTO Roadshow Events will be exhibition style. This allows all attendees to visit all suppliers throughout the course of the evening, increase their depth of knowledge across all corners of Japan, and to get the very most out of the event.

Non-alcoholic beverages and canapes will be served throughout the evening.
By attending , you consent to sharing your contact details with JNTO and their contractor for this event, Linkd Tourism, for the purpose of the 2026 Roadshows. Additionally, you consent to JNTO using your contact details to share with participating Japanese suppliers approximately one month prior to the Roadshows. Your attendance also implies consent for JNTO, the Consulate-General of Japan, and affiliated media outlets to use photographs and video footage taken during the event for future use — including social media, marketing materials, reports, and press releases — in accordance with Australian law.
*Return economy flights for two will be booked by Linkd Tourism in consultation with the winner and must be used within 12 months of the draw date. Flights will be booked with the winner’s selected full-service airline available at the time of booking, up to a maximum value of AUD $3,000. The winner may choose the airline and the class of seat. If the requested travel dates, the airline and/or the cost of seat result in costs exceeding this amount, the winner will be responsible for covering any additional expenses.
